Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends.

At LifePulse Supplement, we strive to process and ship orders within 3-10 business Days, excluding weekends. Please note that orders placed during high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays may require additional processing time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Responsibility
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the carrier determines the delivery route. LifePulse Supplement is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in cases where the order is delayed, the destination address was incorrect, or the order included free shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays.

Orders Returned to Sender
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to unpaid customer fees or an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund will not be issued.
Ingredient Restrictions
Please be aware that each country has different regulations regarding the import of certain ingredients. Ingredients such as Melatonin and Yohimbine may not be allowed into your country. We recommend contacting your customs agency for a full list of restricted ingredients before purchasing. If your order is seized by customs, we will not issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) unless all products are returned to our warehouse in their original condition as per our return policy.
Looking for Your Package?
If your package has not arrived, we encourage you to check around your property, with your neighbors, and with others who reside in your home, as they might have received the package on your behalf. Additionally, check with any management or leasing offices that might have accepted the package for you. If your package still hasn't turned up after 3 or more days, please contact us.
For updates regarding your order's shipping status, please contact the mail carrier (USPS, DHL Ecommerce, FedEx, GLS, UPS).
